Ascott Centre for Excellence is registered as a Private Education Institution and adhere to the statutory requirements of the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF). Registration period is valid from 17 October 2023 to 16 October 2025 (Reg No: 199308083Z)

The Committee for Private Education (CPE), formerly known as Council for Private Education, was appointed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Board in October 2016 to carry out its functions and powers relating to private education under the Private Education Act. As of October 1, 2024, the CPE was dissolved, and SSG directly exercises the functions and powers under the Private Education Act 2009 and related legislations. The CPE, with its office at 1 Paya Lebar Link #08-08, Paya Lebar Quarter 2 Singapore 408533, was responsible for regulating the private education sector in Singapore.

As stipulated by CPE, students must sign a student contract for any course that is longer than two months. The student contract sets out the contractual commitments of both the student and the private school. The student contract also contains other key mutual obligations of the private school and the student on matters such as course details and payment terms. It is hence critical that you read and understand the terms and conditions carefully before signing and committing yourself to the contract.
